COVID-19 safety protocols:
- MASKS MUST BE WORN WHILE IN OUR ESTABLISHMENT.
- OUR TEAM WILL BE WEARING MASKS AND GOGGLES OR FACE SHIELDS.
- HAND SANITIZER AND SOAP/WATER WILL BE READILY AVAILABLE.
- WE ARE TEMPORARILY PAUSING THE SERVING OF BEVERAGES. YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN FROM OUTSIDE WITH A SECURE LID.
- PLEASE, NO GUESTS ALLOWED. ONLY CLIENTS RECEIVING SERVICES MAY BE ALLOWED IN THE SALON.
- WE WILL HAVE OUTDOOR SEATING IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO WAIT OUTSIDE.
- TEMPERATURE CHECKS FOR STAFF WILL BE PERFORMED DAILY.
- CONTACTLESS TEMPERATURE CHECKS FOR ALL GUESTS WILL BE PERFORMED UPON ARRIVAL.
- ALL SURFACES, STATIONS AND COMMON AREAS WILL BE DISINFECTED AFTER EACH CLIENT AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
- ALL CLIENTS MUST SIGN IN & OUT TO ASSIST IN CONTACT TRACING.
- IF YOU ARE SICK, SHOWING SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO A COVID POSITIVE INDIVIDUAL, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO A CANCELLATION FEE.
- PLEASE, DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. IF SO, OUTSIDE SEATING WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO WAIT.
- IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
- WE ARE LIMITING CAPACITY ALLOWED IN OUR SALON. APPOINTMENTS AND STAFF SCHEDULES WILL BE STAGGERED TO ADHERE TO SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES.
- PLEASE, COMPLETE THE COVID-19 INFORMATION FORM SENT WITH YOUR EMAIL CONFIRMATION PRIOR TO YOUR VISIT.
